Returns & Exchanges
As a small business, if you are not satisfied with your WORN purchase for any reason please be assured that we will do our absolute best to make it right. You'll reach a real person and we will take care of you the same way we would expect to be treated.
General Returns + Exchanges:
Orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days unless otherwise stated as final sale.
Returned items must be:
- In brand new, unworn condition
- Item(s) must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged or they will not qualify
- Item(s) must include original packaging and tags
Please pay special attention to basics (items such as briefs, base layers) as if these items are worn, they cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Let's face it, you wouldn't want that either.
Additional information:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping of the original product. WORN will ship replacement at no added cost for orders in the continental United States.
Instruction:
To return or exchange a WORN online purchase please contact support@wornbrand.com with the subject line "Online Return/Exchange" and your order number. Product must be returned UNUSED and in its original packaging or have a note of product defect. Pack the product appropriately to ensure it is not damaged in transit.
Unless you have requested size exchange, the value of returned merchandise will be credited to your original form of payment. (Shipping is non-refundable and will not be credited.)
Refunds are typically reflected on credit card statements within 7 to 14 days of issue. We will contact you when your return request has been processed.
Items labeled as Final Sale:
While most items are eligible for return, some items are Final Sale and are clearly marked on their specific product pages, in your shopping cart and during checkout. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchanges.

Shipping
WORN orders are shipped Monday-Friday and often ship the same business day if the order is placed before 3pm EST.
Friday afternoon orders typically ship within 72 hours (by Monday). Tracking numbers are available for all orders and can be found in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note we cannot guarantee 'Overnight' orders, ordered after 1pm (last Fed Ex pick-up) for next day delivery.
