Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your WORN online purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange your order for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you there is an issue with your product after the initial 30 days WORN will repair or replace your product for one full year after purchase.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping of the original product. WORN will ship replacement at no added cost for orders in the continental United States.

To return or exchange a WORN online purchase please contact support@wornbrand.com with the subject line "Online Return/Exchange" and your order number. Product must be returned UNUSED and in its original packaging or have a note of product defect. Pack the product appropriately to ensure it is not damaged in transit.

Unless you have requested size exchange, the value of returned merchandise will be credited to your original form of payment. (Shipping is non-refundable and will not be credited.) Refunds are typically reflected on credit card statements within 7 to 14 days of issue. We will contact you when your return request has been processed. Shipping

WORN orders typically ship within 72 hours. Tracking numbers are available for all orders and can be found in your shipping confirmation email.

WORN orders are shipped Monday-Friday and often ship the same business day if the order is placed before 3pm EST.
